Size exchanges

Wrong size? Email hello@ogstoreco.com with your order number and the size you want. We’ll send a prepaid label and ship the new size as soon as the carrier scans your return.

How to return

• Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
• We send a prepaid return label to your email.
• Put the jacket back in its dust bag with the tags on, attach the label, and drop it at any carrier location.
• Once it reaches our studio we refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

The jacket must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. We inspect every return when it arrives.

Damaged or wrong item

If your jacket arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, take photos and email us within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement at no cost and arrange pickup of the original.

Final sale

Items marked final sale on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. There are currently no final-sale items.
